Strut Reconditioning
We inspect the struts for bending, rust or other damange. We will media blast the entire strut to remove any rust, grime and old paint. Strut is then modified to desired specification and receives a fresh coat of paint.
Raise Spindle
Send your existing Boge, Bilstein, or Koni struts to us for spindle height modification. ’69-’89 type struts only.
Raised spindles are the right way to lower your car. They restore lost suspension travel, improve the camber curve and roll center geometry.
Note that raised spindle should always use tie rod end bump steer kit to correct the steering knuckle height change.
Spindle Height – Choose from standard raised spindle heights:
- +19mm / 15 inch wheels
- +30mm / 16 inch wheels
- +40mm / 17 inch wheels
- Rally height -70mm
- Custom height available
- Boge and Koni can be raised up to 19mm max.

Precision Steering Under Pressure
Our top-performing bump steer solution is super strong and provides the sharpest, most predictable steering response. It eliminates steering knuckle twist induced toe steer and can be used on raised/lowered spindles of any height.
Double steering knuckle – Holds tie rod end between two steering knuckles to eliminate knuckle flex regardless of bump steer spacer length.
Long bump steer spacers (required with raised spindles) place bending loads that twist stock steering knuckles.
Twist causes undesired toe steer so a second steering knuckle is welded to the strut body to prevent the twist.
Bump steer adjustable – allows massive bump steer adjustment range in .125 inch increments. Double shear mounting provides solid support for even the longest bump steer spacing.
Rod End – Weather sealed precision rods ends included work with regular turbo tie rods. Included boots to seal out dirt and and water for extended life.
Our purpose-made rod ends are extra long to ensure proper threaded engagement with standard turbo tie rods.
Spindle height – Kits available for 19mm, 30mm, 40mm spindle height. Kits are easily modified for use with essentially any spindle height.
Our racing struts are have features to improve the performance of lowered cars. They correct geometry to provide increased suspension travel, improved camber gain, reduced body roll, added strength, and reduced toe steer.

Weather sealed rods ends included work with regular turbo tie rods.
Coilover capable – Threaded body and height adjustable perches included for coilover installation, or use with torsion bars.
Gusseted spindle – Gussets for added strength.
Inserts – Inserts are not included. Accepts Von shock inserts and Bilstein inserts for Bilstein struts.
Spindle height – 12mm raised spindle fits 15 inch and larger wheels
Coilover capable – Threaded body and height adjustable perches included for coilover installation, or use with torsion bars.
Gusseted spindle – Gussets for added strength.
Inserts – RSR inserts are included, or call to arrange an exchange credit towards Von shock inserts.
Spindle height – Lowered 70mm from stock position.
Double steering knuckle – Holds tie rod end between two steering knuckels to eliminate knuckle flex regardless of bump steer spacer length. Allows proper positioning of tie rod with lowered spindle.
Bump Steer – Double steering knuckle works as part of our Racing Bump Steer kit, included.
